Regional Manager

• Regional managers are responsible for ensuring that staff maintain sites according to our laid down standards
  
• Regional managers must be well organised in terms of managing payroll admin and the clients expectations
  
• Management of the clients expectation of the actual delivery of the service
  
• Managing the consumable budget is key to good overall site management
  
• Time management is essential to ensure that all sites are visited as agreed
  
• Ability to adapt to changes in the economic cycle
  
• Ability to grow subordinates
  
• Ensuring that staff are welltrained
  
• Ensuring sites are wellequipped with consumables
  
• Manage discipline to mitigate any CCMA risks
  
• Ensure leads are provided by the area managers a minimum of 2 leads to be provided every month
  

Requirements

• Matric or a relevant qualification at a level 4
  
• A management qualification at a level 5 would be beneficial
  
• The ability to travel extensively
  
• Ability to work under pressure
  
• Confidence drive and enthusiasm
  
• Decisionmaking ability and a sense of responsibility
  
• Planning and organizational skills
  
• Very strong administration excel and communication skills
  
• Ability to work on your own
