IT Solutions Engineer

Note: This role does not offer visa sponsorship. We are only looking for candidates in Germany who speak German (C1 or C2/Native) and English (B2) Languages.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operational processes by managing optimizing and providing the internal IT systems landscape.
  
• Actively contribute to the ITService Desk equipping users with the tools they need to excel in their roles.
  
• Understand the needs and processes of users creating solutions to streamline workflows by integrating and automating processes using SaaS tools.
  
• Maintain a customerfirst mindset consistently working to enhance the user experience of our IT services.
  
• Enjoy working with a variety of cloudbased tools and services setting up costeffective solutions that deliver value.
  
• Simplify complex technological topics making them accessible to nontechnical users.
  
• Support projects with IT deliverables helping advance in its mission to democratize robotics every day.
  

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Operations and Support.
  
• Proven experience in managing and supporting Windows and macOS client hardware within a Microsoft Cloud environment.
  
• Familiarity with a wide range of major cloud software (e.g. Atlassian Stack Microsoft Azure and 365 Slack Salesforce).
  
• Knowledge of the IT Service lifecycle and associated tools (e.g. Jira ITAsset Management Database Intune).
  
• Strong prioritization skills with the ability to handle ambiguity effectively.
  
• A solid understanding of business processes and how they align with IT services.
  
• A proactive cando attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt from theory to practice with a strong focus on delivery.
  
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  
• Recognized as a team player who is open curious and ambitious.
  
• Fluency in both English and German both written and spoken.
  
• Willingness and ability to work from our Dresden office 23 days per week.
