Canadian Health Labs (CHL) is a national healthcare solutions provider contracted to provide healthcare services for various public and private sector organizations throughout Canada. As Talent Acquisition Specialists it is our job to introduce potential superstars in Various healthcare positions to our company and ensure a seamless recruiting process.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist your exceptional recruiting skills and adaptable nature will be essential to deliver a topquality candidate experience while retrieving the most information possible from potential candidates. Your technical acumen will help you gather the information and data required from every candidate and your knowledge of the rules and laws will keep you on top of even the most difficult situations.

Responsibilities:

  • Recommend various sourcing methods including job boards social media professional networks and industry events.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments including interviews and skills evaluations.
  • Utilize our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and organized candidate records.
  • Lead interviews and provide feedback to Clinical and Contracting Teams helping them make informed hiring decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance our recruitment approach.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or certificate in Business Psychology Human Resources recruitment or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least two (2) years experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates skills qualifications and cultural fit effectively.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Access to highspeed internet with large bandwidth.
  • Access to a dedicated home office space free of noise and distraction.
  • Bring your Own Device (BYOD) Windows or OS with Google Chrome.
