Major Project PursuitProposal Lead

Responsibilities:

• Take the lead to develop winning proposals for major alternative deliver pursuits to assist with company growth
  
• Work with team of engineers business development officers leadership and proposal professionals to deliver alternative delivery projects
  
• Anticipate RFQ/RFP releases and spearhead completion process to win work
  
• Interpret/respond to RFQ/RFP technical requirements with the help of local/international technical experts
  

Requirements:

• 8 years of engineering proposal writing/coordination experience
  
• 2 years of proposal writing experience focused on the alternative delivery space (P3 Design/Build Progressive models)
  
• Connections within the industry (engineering partners contractors)
  
• Expert knowledge of the local US market related to alternative delivery projects
  
• Experience with the RFQ/RFP process
  
• Knowledge of engineering principles terminology and practices
  
• Ability to accurately communicate technical concepts
  
• Advanced writing skills
  
• Keep current on industry standards
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
