Architect Commercial and Hospitality Projects

This is a remote position.

Requirements

Required experience

5 years of experience using Revit.

3 years overseeing the production of construction documentation sets (Plans Elevations FFE Millwork and Architectural Details) for hospitality and/or commercial projects using Revit

Must Qualifications

Deep understanding of the construction documentation process in Revit for the US or Canada projects including production and review of construction details.

Knowledge of basic commercial and hospitality ADA and building codes.

Processoriented mindset to identify and implement improvement opportunities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and teammates ensuring quality control.

English proficiency: C1 or higher; ability to meet with clients online.

Skilled in SketchUptoRevit interoperability for Construction Documentation.

Portfolio required: At least one large hospitality/commercial project construction documentation set.

Plus Qualifications

Experience working in projects located in the North American (US and Canada) market

Responsabilities

Identify client needs and create a training program to onboard new team members.

Manage a team to create construction documentation for hospitality and commercial projects.
