SCRUM MASTER

Our client as a growing business with over 90 colleagues spread across the regions North and South of the Netherlands. A diverse team with new colleagues and very experienced colleagues with a great sense of togetherness. Our client now works with over 50 teams in an Agile manner and that number is still growing. For this role we are looking for a Scrum Master who is regularly visible at both locations Weert and Zwolle.

We are looking for a person who has a passion to coaching teams and facilitate change to stimulate the new way of thinking and working and thus achieve maximum results all this with a pragmatic approach and thinking outside the box. Fun openness results and continuous improvement together are important to you with the aim of delivering continuous value for the customer. You challenge the teams every day to get the best out of themselves. You identify bottlenecks and provide methods with which they can solve these bottlenecks themselves.

These are your responsibilities:

• You will help multiple teams that are just starting to work agile to further develop their skills in working with SAFe and operational processes.
  
• Facilitate teams to do their work more effectively and to professionalize: Improve process technique & skills within the teams and share insights. Facilitate a culture of continuous improvement within the teams with a learning & experimenting climate.
  
• Guides Product Owners management and collaborates with Scrum Masters: Help them to fulfil their role even better and to collaborate well with their teams and stakeholders.
  
• Translating observation of team performance dynamics and wellbeing into concrete improvements: Promoting selforganization ownership and team spirit.
