Procedural Modeling Tools Consultant

Position Overview:

The Procedural Modeling Tools Consultant will play a critical role in integrating and customising the ARIS Business Process Management (BPM) tool with the Bizzdesign Enterprise Architecture Tool at the Social Development Bank. This individual will be responsible for managing the technical integration of these systems ensuring that the BPM data is fully leveraged and accurately reflected in the Bank s enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration of ARIS and Bizzdesign Tools:

Lead the integration of the ARIS BPM tool with the Bank s Bizzdesign Enterprise Architecture Tool.

Implement necessary customizations to exploit BPM data and reflect it within the enterprise architecture tool ensuring smooth data flow and alignment between the systems.

System Customizations:

Configure the ARIS BPM system to meet the specific requirements of the Bank s operational processes.

Customise the integration using APIs (REST API) to ensure seamless communication between ARIS and Bizzdesign.

Licence Management:

Oversee the renewal and management of licences for ARIS and the provisioning of Bizzdesign licences ensuring compliance with the Bank s requirements.

Manage the allocation of system licences including Participant (Contributor) Viewer API gateways and other required licences.

Technical Support & Maintenance:

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for both ARIS and Bizzdesign tools ensuring they function efficiently over the project lifecycle.

Ensure system updates and troubleshooting as required during the project.

Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare technical reports on the integration process licence provisioning and system customizations.

Document the business requirements for the systems integration and submit regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience with ARIS BPM tool including system configuration customization and integration with other enterprise tools like Bizzdesign.

Strong technical background in using and developing REST APIs for system integration.

Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and tools particularly Bizzdesign.

Proven experience in managing largescale BPM tool integrations and providing longterm technical support.
