Private PA for West London Interior Designer January 2025 start

We are seeking a flexible Private PA to support the Founder/MD of a dynamic Interior Design company. The role involves managing schedules coordinating across multiple time zones and liaising with a small team. Key responsibilities include handling personal and businessrelated tasks travel arrangements managing correspondence and ensuring smooth daytoday operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organised proactive and adaptable with excellent communication skills. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in a creative environment with a closeknit team.

This would best suit a professional and discreet PA based in London. There will be regular site visits weekly meetings in the office together with remote working. Although this is generally a Monday Friday role flexibility is needed to work weekends when needed according to employers requirements.

Salary is very negotiable according to previous experience
