Mid-Level Database Tester

This is a remote position.

• Develop and maintain test cases and scripts for database systems to ensure data integrity accuracy and consistency across different environments.
  
• Validate data migration processes to ensure they are accurate and efficient.
  
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using relevant tools and frameworks with a focus on Python.
  
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to enhance testing efficiency.
  
• Collaborate closely with developers database administrators and other QA team members to ensure the delivery of highquality database systems.
  
• Document test cases test results and any issues encountered during testing.
  
• Maintain uptodate test plans and reports.
  

Requirements

• 6 years of IT experience with 35 years specifically in database testing.
  
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB).
  
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g. Selenium JUnit TestNG).
  
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  
• Proficiency in Python or another scripting language.
