Security Engineer - IT

Note: This role does not offer visa sponsorship. We are only looking for candidates in Germany who speak English (B2 or C1) and German (C1 or C2/Native) Language.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• As part of our team of IT security experts you will cover a broad spectrum of IT and information security. We offer solutions in areas such as Managed Security Unified Threat Management Mobile Device Security Secure Networks and Secure Endpoints.
  
• After an initial training period you will take on responsibility for the IT security and network solutions of our clients. Your role will involve both traditional project work onsite with clients and internal customer support. Additional responsibilities may also be assigned.
  

Requirements

• You have successfully completed your university degree or your training as an IT specialist in system integration and have practical experience in the following areas:
  
• Perimeter security
  
• Secure gateway (web filtering mail filtering)
  
• Antivirus solutions
  
• Cloud security
  
• Wireless networks
  
• Switched and routed networks
  
• Network access control (NAC)
  
• You have worked with products from Sophos Kaspersky Fortinet Barracuda Networks or similar comparable products. You are solutionoriented work independently and take responsibility for your tasks. Strong customer orientation communication skills and organizational talent complete your profile.
  
• Additionally you speak German at a minimum of C1 level and live within 1.5 hours of Ettlingen/Karlsruhe.
