Technical Consultant

Note: Language requirements: English B1 German Fluent/Native

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Planning organizing and managing projects.
  
• Conducting customer training sessions (both onsite and digital).
  
• Testing and documenting errors and developments.
  
• Managing hardware software systems networks and firewalls.
  
• Administration of VoIP telephony.
  
• Researching and procuring hardware and peripheral devices.
  
• Supporting and troubleshooting network and server infrastructure issues.
  

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
  
• Strong technical understanding of IT systems including Windows Server Active Directory .NET and IIS.
  
• Solid database knowledge particularly with Microsoft SQL Server as well as cloud and storage solutions.
  
• Experience in managing medium to large IT projects (at least 2 years).
  
• Experience in agile software development (Scrum) is desirable.
  
• Excellent German language skills (C2 level).
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
  
• Enthusiasm for learning about new products and services.
