What you will be doing:

• Answer phones and manage inbound customer inquiries in a virtual call center environment.
• Provide support for a variety of business process and technology issues ensuring quick and effective resolution.
• Conduct highlevel training sessions for end users on various applications ensuring they are wellversed in the tools necessary for their roles.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions issues and resolutions to ensure continuity and quality of service.
• Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues when necessary ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Work with internal and external clients in the implementation and/or modification of applications systems or programs.
• Evaluate client needs identify configurations that support business processes execute on delivery and implementation plans troubleshoot system setups and provide training and enduser support during and after the implementation process.
• Perform a range of assignments and may lead projects within own discipline.
• Apply working knowledge of business and best practices gained through understanding of key business drivers and recognition of how own area integrates within the organization.
• Solve moderately complex to complex problems and analyze possible solutions using technical experience judgment and precedents.
• Work as an individual contributor with limited oversight.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Experience you will need:

• Typically requires 2 years of related work experience.
• Industry and Real Estate knowledge and experience a plus.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
