Job Description
Bishop Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is Under New Management and looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to work in our facility in Syracuse NY.
Now Offering A $5000 SignOn Bonus!
Salary starting at $90000 but can be more based on experience
Duties Include:

Duties Include:
- Handle all supervisory duties for the unit
- Establish employee policies and procedures
- Mentor less experienced nurses offering clinical & career advice
- Establish the standards of care for the unit
- Review Resident records & quality of care
- Monitor overall care & review individual Resident cases
- Address questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their families
- Ensure the department is wellstocked with medical supplies
- Represent the units interests with the upperlevel management
- Minimum 3yrs. LongTerm Care experience
- Minimum 1yr. Unit Manager experience
- Must hold valid RN License
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills
