Job Title: Customer Success Associate (Regional Languages Telugu Marathi Gujarati)

Salary: 17000 to 24000 CTC (Based on language proficiency)

Shift: Day Shift (9 AM 6 PM) 6 days working 1 rotational week off

Job Summary:

We are looking for Customer Success Associates to handle customer queries in Telugu Marathi or Gujarati. The role involves providing excellent customer support resolving queries efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction in the respective regional language.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound customer queries via phone email and chat in Telugu Marathi or Gujarati*.

Provide accurate information and support maintaining a positive customer experience.

Resolve issues and complaints promptly and effectively.

Coordinate with internal teams for complex problem resolution.

Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up regularly.

Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in Telugu Marathi or Gujarati. Basic proficiency in English is required.

Education: Graduate or undergraduate from any field.

Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates.

Ability to handle customer queries in a voicebased process.
