The Role:

• Engage clients through multiple channels including phone email and facetoface interactions
• Anticipate and address any outstanding issues with thorough followup
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients
• Prepare and submit accurate accounts and tax returns in a timely manner
• Provide expert advice on financial matters like cashflow budgets and pricing to help clients thrive
• Keep meticulous records through efficient bookkeeping and manage VAT returns and CIS
• Act as a liaison between clients and HMRC to resolve any inquiries that may arise
• Conduct comprehensive endofyear financial and fee reviews to ensure clients success.

The Person:

Were looking for a friendly and knowledgeable team member with a passion for client engagement and strong tax expertise. Youll provide direct counsel to clients while maintaining professional accreditation. Youll need at least 2 years of accounting experience strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel and Word. Knowledge of QuickBooks and Xero is a bonus. A positive attitude and genuine desire to collaborate with clients for better financial experiences are essential for success in this role.
