Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative fluent in Dutch to join our dynamic team. This role is remote allowing you to work from anywhere in Greece providing flexibility and a comfortable work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
• Assist customers with product information order status and issue resolution.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for website navigation and account management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure swift resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch (C1 level or above).
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Customeroriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
