Responsibilities:

• Display excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver training content and create engaging learning experiences effectively.
• Offer guidance and support through mentoring focusing on understanding individuals needs and professional development.
• Engage with stakeholders to comprehend their training needs gather feedback and customize programs to meet organizational and individual goals.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics continuously making improvements to meet the teams evolving needs.

Requirements :

• Indepth understanding of SolarEdge products and services with the ability to convey technical information.
• Completion of all Tier 1 level courses with a minimum of 2 years in the company to ensure a strong foundation for training.
