Responsibilities:

• Lead continuous improvement efforts to boost service quality and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrate strong grammar and communication skills to ensure clear internal and external communication.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in reviewing processes interactions and documentation to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Understand processes across different regions to enhance quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and address quality issues.
• Take complete ownership of the QA process including monitoring and improving agent performance.
• Prepare and present reports on quality metrics trends and improvement initiatives to relevant teams and leadership.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in a customerfacing role particularly in a customer support setting.
• Proven ability to own and drive the QA process focusing on measurable improvements.
• Additional certifications such as Six Sigma or Lean are an advantage.
