The Role
The Head of Growth will lead efforts to drive customer acquisition retention and revenue growth by shaping and executing our commercial strategy with a focus on building key client relationships and driving growth through strategic partnerships. Reporting directly to the CEO youll collaborate with operations product and marketing teams to meet revenue targets while engaging confidently with clients regulators media and partners. Youll craft a comprehensive gotomarket strategy that integrates business development and team management overseeing direct sales and optimizing channels through strong partnerships. We seek an entrepreneurial leader with advanced data analysis skills and expertise in growth marketing particularly within sustainability software carbon management and voluntary carbon markets. Your strategic approach will be vital in driving user acquisition engagement and overall business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Technology Business Finance or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in a senior sales or growth role within a B2B SaaS or technology company
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams
- Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to support decisions and drive actions
- Proficiency in CRM systems sales automation tools and a datadriven approach to sales
- Strong project management skills capable of executing growth initiatives from concept to completion
- Ability to navigate complex negotiations and build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Expertise in using market insights to refine sales strategies and uncover growth opportunities
- Strong understanding of growth methodologies such as Loops Funnels and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
Responsibilities
- Drive growth for Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM) and Carbon Management Platform (CMP) products through strategic sales initiatives
- Lead direct sales from prospecting to closing deals managing CRM forecasting and reporting
- Align demand generation with business goals by working with crossfunctional teams across product climate science and operations
- Cultivate and manage partnerships serving as the primary contact for key clients and driving upselling opportunities
- Monitor industry trends regulatory changes and market dynamics to inform sales strategies
- Analyse pricing models and sales data to ensure competitive positioning and profitability
- Execute multichannel growth marketing strategies including digital social and content marketing
- Strengthen brand presence through clear compelling messaging targeting key audiences
- Use analytics tools to present actionable insights and optimise growth strategies based on KPIs like CLV churn and CAC
- Refine sales approaches to enhance engagement acquisition and retention
- Lead a marketing team in implementing growth strategies and collaborating on productaligned initiatives
- Manage budgets and design customer journeys to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximise ROI
