We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years experience in managing client relationships within the telecom banking and finance industries. This is a contractual vacancy for 2 years.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the telecom banking and finance sectors.
- Understand and execute the sales strategy for the African market to achieve revenue objectives.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver highquality products and services.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and client satisfaction.
- Identify and solve any conflicts pertaining to the business side and eliminate any misconceptions or misunderstanding.
- Overseeing the preparation and implementation of RFP documentation
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
- Set up meetings for events and participate in events if required.
- Actively support marketing and inside sales activities as and when required.
- Collecting correct data to prepare proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Ability to approach and develop new local partnerships.
