About the department:

The Marketing Department within BYD Italy is responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies specific to drive Italy performance and deliver results that drive business objectives. Our team works collaboratively to optimize brand visibility increase market share and drive business growth within the European market.

About the role:

Keyobjectives and responsibilities:

• Planand implement digital programmatic plans and campaigns for Italymarketing team
• Optimizeand report on all campaigns sharing results with wider team
• Workwith creative team to ensure best practice creative is used
• Assistwith quarterly and annual planning of marketing budgets

Keyresults:

• Webtraffic and leads driven by media campaigns
• Increasingengagement and performance of ATL Paid media campaigns
• Improvingbrand awareness and image of BYD in the Italy

ThePerson:

Thisrole will be focused on leading the planning and delivery Above theLine campaigns for BYD Italy. The ATL specialist will deliver onstrategy planning and delivery of TV Radio and OOH campaignsincluding optimisation and leading on trading. The role will includeplanning campaigns delivering media plans strategic recommendationsand identifying innovation opportunities. The paid media team isresponsible for both Brand Performance and Tactical campaigns.

Main requirements:

• University Degree in Marketing Sales or commercial disciplines.
• Effective and fluent communicator in English and Italian.
• Excellent Microsoft office skills.
• 3 years experience in buying ATL media campaigns.
• Understanding of media market and key media owners
• Knowledge of current ATL landscape and contacts withing TV OOH and Radio industry
• Customeroriented mindset.
• Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.
• Resilient and open minded.
• Results oriented. Ability to work towards deadlines hands on approach motivated to get results.
