ISTANT HYGIENE MANAGER - Park Hyatt Doha

The ideal candidate will ensure that hygiene standards are consistently met contributing to the overall safety and satisfaction of both employees and guests.

• Ideally with a professional diploma or certification in Hygiene.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Hygiene Officer in larger operation.
• Strong knowledge of international hygiene and safety standards including HACCP certification.
• Certification with ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System.
• Exceptional leadership communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages especially Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience in luxury hotel operations or In GCC food safety regulations is a plus.
