Role Description

This is a fulltime onsite role as an Executive Personal Assistant at Z.O. Adv in Bedfordview. The Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing personal and administrative assistance to the executive team managing communications handling diary management and utilising clerical skills.

Skills :

• Personal assistance to the companys Directors including but not limited to: making coffee organising lunch and running personal errands.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Arranging travel visas and accommodation and occasionally traveling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
• Screening inquiries and requests and handling them where applicable.
• Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.
• Act as the first point of contact for Executive Directors and maintain the effective working of their offices in their absence.
• Undertake research and other activities as required.
