Job Description

Our network includes 2400 tutors and consultants worldwide who work with over 20000 students.

Our tech platform connects tutors and mentors to high school students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities in the US Canada UK and beyond.

This is a fulltime position based in Hong Kong or Shenzhen.

This role is responsible for ensuring effective local offline and digital marketing through content creation and localisation local partnership outreach and digital targeting. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development of Crimson Chinese Marketing strategy with a focus on increasing lead generation and conversion.
  • Keeping a pulse on industry trends and competitors to ensure our campaigns remain effective and competitive within the admissions consulting sphere.
  • Strong writing skills and a good eye for visual branding and design.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Designing and creating crossplatform digital marketing collateral including social media ads organic social content digital flyers and booklets and Wechat/ Red campaigns.
  • Marketing automation tasks including building and scheduling social media posts and other campaign materials.
  • Managing webinar campaigns from inception to completion including the creation of campaign materials hosting hourlong webinars once a week and reporting on webinar performance.
  • Organising backend logistics for webinar or event setup creating all necessary campaign materials communicating with involved parties (speakers backend support etc.) hosting the webinars or events you manage and completing postwebinar performance reports and closeout tasks in a timely manner.
  • Working closely with the APAC sales and marketing team to provide necessary assets and adapt global assets for APAC marketing opportunities at all sales funnel levels.
  • Monitoring lead generation and conversion across all marketing initiatives to ensure campaign optimisation and market growth.
  • Aligning with other marketing teams across the company to share best practices and adapt different approaches to suit APAC branding and buyer persona.

What skills and experience are required

  • A Bachelors degree in marketing communications or a related field and/or equivalent job experience in marketing with a preference for experience in the education space.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin reading writing and speaking skills is essential.
  • Experience in industrystandard design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator) Canva or iMovie.
  • Knowledge of project management marketing automation platforms and social media marketing tools a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours when necessary
