Your mission!

As the SEA Manager you will play a critical role in defining and executing search engine advertising strategies that solidify our market presence and drive our expansion across Europe. Youll manage substantial budgets lead strategic marketing initiatives and leverage analytics to drive campaign effectiveness. Your work will directly enhance our brand visibility and lead generation pivotal to achieving our vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective search engine advertising strategies that align with plancrafts strategic goals ensuring a cohesive approach to digital marketing
• Manage a significant marketing budget optimizing spend to maximize lead generation
• Assume full ownership of all search engine advertising channels continuously optimizing and refining tactics to drive optimal performance and reach
• Work closely with both the marketing and sales teams to understand lead quality and refine targeting strategies ensuring marketing efforts enhance sales outcomes
• Build and strengthen the plancraft brand within the crafts industrySalaryThe salary for this position is between 40000 and 65000 per year depending on your experience.

Your profile

• At least 3 years of SEA marketing experience
• Experience in B2B marketing leveraging B2C strategies to address a broad target audience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and drive significant results in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to analyze data identify trends and make datadriven decisions that enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Learning attitude actively testing new strategies and technologies to stay at the forefront of industry advancements.
• Fluent in German and English
