Front of House Manager

Were on the hunt for a passionate and innovative Service Manager to join our team and take our frontofhouse experience to the next level.

Tasks

• Oversee the daily operations of the frontofhouse ensuring seamless service from start to finish.
• Lead and inspire our service team to consistently deliver topnotch customer service.
• Think outside the box to solve challenges and improve our servicewhether its a busy night or a unique guest request youll find creative ways to make it happen!
• Coordinate staff scheduling training and development to keep the team running smoothly.
• Engage with our guests collect feedback and resolve any issues quickly to ensure every customer leaves happy.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure service is smooth and timely.
• Handle administrative tasks such as inventory management ordering supplies and maintaining records.Make sure all health safety and hygiene regulations are met.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year of experience in hospitality management or a supervisory role.
• Ability to think creatively and come up with outofthebox solutions for any situation.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillscomfortable engaging with guests and solving issues.
• Detailoriented and able to handle multiple tasks at once in a fastpaced environment.
• Passion for Korean cuisine (and maybe even a love for BBQ!).
• Fluent in English with basic German skills; other languages are a bonus.
