Account Sales Representative

Regarding the role Reel Unlimited is looking for a talented and motivated Account Sales Representative to join our team. This position offers a competitive salary and will involve managing key accounts and driving sales growth for our ondemand graphic design services.

Tasks

• Conduct sales and demo calls with potential leads to showcase Reel Unlimiteds value proposition
• Onboard new clients and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
• Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements and resolve problems
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and acquire new customers
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities leads and customer interactions using CRM software
• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities
• Supervise sales account representatives and establish best practices
• Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
• Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve the customer experience

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Account Sales Representative with at least 2 years in a similar role
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Solid knowledge of sales performance metrics
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to grasp clients needs and increase customer engagement
• Strong analytical and timemanagement skills
• Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to problemsolving
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a relevant field
