Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients postsales.
- Address client inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Trade Settlement and Confirmation:
- Oversee and ensure timely settlement of trades and accurate trade confirmations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (like custodians and clearing houses) to resolve settlement issues promptly.
- Risk Management:
- Monitor and manage posttrade risks including settlement credit and operational risks.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Streamline postsales processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to reduce risk and cost.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and analyze posttrade reports for management and clients.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to postsales activities.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Supervise and mentor junior team members.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and provide training as necessary.
- Recruitment of Team members

- Recruitment of Call and amp; Trade and dealers in terms of performance Training Quality and attrition management. and nbsp;
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA CFA) preferred.
- Extensive experience in a similar role within the Broking and nbsp;industry with a focus on postsales operations in equity or derivative markets.
- Strong understanding of trade settlement processes regulations and market practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of risk management practices and regulatory requirements.
