Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients postsales.
  • Address client inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
  1. Trade Settlement and Confirmation:
  • Oversee and ensure timely settlement of trades and accurate trade confirmations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (like custodians and clearing houses) to resolve settlement issues promptly.
  1. Risk Management:
  • Monitor and manage posttrade risks including settlement credit and operational risks.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  1. Operational Efficiency:
  • Streamline postsales processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to reduce risk and cost.
  1. Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare and analyze posttrade reports for management and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to postsales activities.
  1. Team Leadership and Development:
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and provide training as necessary.
  1. Recruitment of Team members

  • Recruitment of Call and amp; Trade and dealers in terms of performance Training Quality and attrition management. and nbsp;
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA CFA) preferred.
  • Extensive experience in a similar role within the Broking and nbsp;industry with a focus on postsales operations in equity or derivative markets.
  • Strong understanding of trade settlement processes regulations and market practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of risk management practices and regulatory requirements.
