Project Manager

Job Description

• Lead the Projects with responsibility for delivery of projects in line business objectives with a focus on cost quality safety and schedule for project delivery.
• Ensure robust planning and coordination with the entire team to achieve the project plan
• Present and finalize a project plan along with budget for the project;
• Will lead and manage to monitoring the quality of the project developed to ensure customer satisfaction at the time of handover.
• Will Coordinate with architects and consultants for drawings and technical discussions
• Will be responsible for mobilizing resources as per project requirement
• Provide monthly updates with plans and actuals cash flow requirements

Requirements

• Must have been in a managerial role to handle team
• Must have experience working with petty and small contractors.
• Must have had prior experience in working in residential development from piling to handover to customers.
• Must have worked on a project for a minimum of 4 years in Aluform technology/MIVAN shuttering plans and actuals cash flow requirements.
• Experience handling Highrise Residential Projects.
• Experience in Technical Design coordination.
