Our customer is a leading provider of autonomous systems for groundbased movement in the working world. Amongst some of the earliest innovators in the field of driverless technology our customer is focused on building systems that protect frontline soldiers and enable civilian workers in our industrial base
We are looking for a talented network engineer with a focus on embedded systems realtime operating systems and communication protocols who will act as and nbsp;the primary technical expert for developing the latest generation of and nbsp;highspeed embedded communication networks to be used in the autonomous vehicle industry. and nbsp;
Qualifications
Required experience and amp; education:
- Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field of study.
- Experience with RTOS and/or Linux Embedded systems
- Experience with communication protocols such as UART SPI I2C CAN Ethernet and wireless protocols (e.g. Bluetooth WiFi).
- Experience troubleshooting networking hardware not troubleshooting networking
- Candidate must be open to learning brand new ethernet protocols in automotive
and nbsp;
Nice to haves:
- Knowledge of IEEE 802.3 Clauses 22 and amp; 45 (MDIO) Management Data Input/Output.

Base salary
$150000 $200000 per year
