Role Overview:
The primary responsibility is to acquire and engage with institutional clients including corporates SMEs banks and other financial institutions. The role involves managing client portfolios providing market and product updates and making informed recommendations to clients.
Job Context & Major Challenges:
The wealth management division focuses on delivering researchbacked financial advisory services to clients primarily in the HNI segment. The product offerings include mutual funds life insurance bonds structured products real estate advisory company fixed deposits and equity commodity broking services.
As a Partner Client Relations / Senior Partner Client Relations professional your key duties will include identifying and acquiring institutional clients managing overall client relationships and providing treasury solutions. You will also sell various investment products and generate leads for SME lending. Major challenges include conversion time maintaining a high turnaround time (TAT) staying updated on market trends and meeting customer service standards.
