Job Description

Job Title: AVP Wholesale Lending

Location: Across Various Locations

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated AVP Wholesale Lending to join our team. In this role you will take a leadership position in driving business growth in the working capital financing sector. You’ll be a strategic thinker and problem solver ready to take on realworld business challenges and lead by example.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Leadership:

    • Lead efforts to identify and prospect new business opportunities in designated markets.
    • Expand market coverage by establishing strong relationships with clients and associates across various territories.
    • Understand the financial and business needs of customers providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Business Development:

    • Drive the sourcing and closing of deals ensuring steady business growth.
    • Develop and maintain highlevel relationships with key stakeholders including Clevel executives.
    • Work closely with intermediaries to generate a consistent flow of highquality leads.
  • Strategic Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with internal teams including credit risk and operations to ensure smooth approval and disbursal processes.
    • Monitor borrower companies postdisbursal ensuring compliance and performance standards are met.
  • Target Achievement:

    • Take full ownership of achieving disbursal targets and driving revenue profitability and business growth.
    • Act as a key contributor in setting and executing the strategic direction for the wholesale lending division.
  • Individual and Team Contribution:

    • Work both as an individual contributor and as a leader mentoring junior team members and driving team success.

Reporting Structure:

You will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Lending with a focus on driving sales and overall growth for the platform and lending business.
