Skills and Qualifications

• Subject Matter Expert in Servicenow administration patching cloning security.
• Strong technical skills ability to scope deploy support and maintain enterprise applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical staff.
• Technical Writing
• The ideal candidate would have experience working in a Government environment with an understanding of a Governments administrative processes.
• The ideal candidate would have experience with Servienows flow/workflow ACLs ITSM ITBM Appengine. Experience with other Servicenow modules a plus.
• Must live in Continental US and be a US citizen.

Experience and Education:

• Minimum of 5 years as System Administrator experience supporting an enterprise application with thousands of users.
• Minimum of 2 years administering Servicenow with admin level role.
• Thirty (30) semester (45 quarter) units of completed post highschool coursework from an accredited university or technical school in Computer Information Systems Business/Public Administration or a closely related field.
