Accounts Receivable Specialist

Role: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Type: Direct Hire

Location: Hanford CA

Pay: $18.00 $24.00/hr

Responsibilities:

• Daily Deposits.

• Daily Invoice Adjustments.

• Daily followup with vendors on past due invoices.

• Biweekly AR Aging reports.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Back up for shipping clerks.

Qualifications

• 2year degree in accounting or related field is preferred

• 3 years of experience with receivables in a manufacturing or agriculture work environment is preferred

• Able to work well and collaborate as part of a diverse team

• Ability to reconcile large and sometimes complex customer accounts as necessary

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Excellent organizational skills

• Strong ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
