Job Description
Branch Manager Financial Services
Salary: INR 4.5 LPA to INR 5.5 LPA Attractive Incentives
Location: Kunnamkulam Thrissur
Experience: Minimum 68 years of experience in selling financial services products and managing branch administration or managing staff.
Must Have:
- High level of knowledge in the stock market.
- Excellent personality and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Branch Operations:
- Monitor daily branch activities including payins/payouts and customer grievances.
- Manage risk associated with trade errors and debtors.
- Provide regular reports on branch activities to the Regional Manager.
HR Activities for Branch:
- Manage branch staff including recruitment training and performance management.
Marketing & Business Development Activities:
- Lead customer acquisition and retention efforts.
- Target High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Facilitate daily morning meetings and discussions with branch staff.
- Review branch performance metrics on a monthly and weekly basis.
- Organize weekly investor meets to expand the client base.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in managing a branch or team.
- 5 years of experience in the stock market and selling financial products such as SIP mutual funds and PMS (Portfolio Management Services).
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
- Bachelors degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve business goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Proven leadership experience in managing a branch or team. 5+ years of experience in the stock market and selling financial products such as SIP, mutual funds, and PMS (Portfolio Management Services).
