Job Description

human resources (HR) managers responsibilities include:
Planning and coordinating the workforce: Ensuring that employees talents are used to the best of their ability
Managing employee benefits: Planning and overseeing programs for health compensation insurance and more
Recruiting and hiring: Overseeing the recruitment interview selection and hiring processes
Handling staffing issues: Mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
Advising other managers: Consulting on human resources issues like equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
Maintaining compliance: Ensuring compliance with national and local HR strategy
Developing HR plans: Supporting departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans
Onboarding employees: Ensuring that the onboarding process is highquality and up to date
Maintaining management guidelines: Preparing updating and recommending HR policies and procedures
HR managers need to be confident leaders with strong working relationships the ability to provide feedback and the ability to make quick decisions.
