Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead motivate and guide the sales team to develop customer relationships increase market share and achieve sales revenue targets.
- Forecast and create annual sales quotas to determine sales objectives.
- Establish and nurture strong business relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Design programs to improve customer satisfaction.
- Engage in effective sales negotiations address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct market research and align sales strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree or higher in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development sales or a related field within the solar energy industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English with proficiency in speaking and writing.
