Job Description

education counsellor also known as a school counsellor helps students with their academic personal and social needs. Their responsibilities include:
Academic support: Helping students with course selection timetables and scheduling. They may also provide tutoring and group meetings.
Career guidance: Helping students with career exploration job search strategies and resume preparation.
Transitioning to college: Advising students on the application process financial aid and navigating college culture.
Personalized learning plans: Creating plans that address each students needs and goals.
Assessments: Administering and interpreting assessments to understand students strengths weaknesses and interests.
Mental health: Helping students develop coping strategies to manage stress and anxiety.
Workshops and information sessions: Organizing sessions on educational pathways and opportunities.


Developing a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children. Employing a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children. Observing each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
