Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Project Manager to lead and oversee our software development projects. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of Agile methodologies exceptional project management skills and the ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage software development projects from initiation through to completion ensuring that projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that outline project goals milestones resources and timelines.

Employ effective project management techniques to monitor progress identify risks and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.

Facilitate clear and consistent communication with stakeholders through both verbal and electronic channels keeping them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Apply exceptional planning and optimization skills to achieve project milestones and deliverables efficiently.

Manage stakeholder expectations proactively building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure project alignment with business objectives.

Utilize your expertise in Agile methodologies project management principles and industrystandard tools to drive project success and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science Business Administration Engineering).

PMI certification or similar project management credentials is an advantage.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on software development projects.

Demonstrated experience with Agile frameworks and project management methodologies.

Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
