Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing:

• Leverage job portals like Recooty and LinkedInto identify and source potential candidates.
• Write and post job descriptions to attract qualified candidates in a timely manner.

Resume Screening:

• Analyze and filter resumes on job portals to match candidates qualifications with job requirements.
• Parse specialized IT skills and qualifications to shortlist resumes effectively

Prescreening and Candidate Qualification:

• Conduct recruitment calls to prescreen candidates and assess their fit for the role.
• Evaluate candidates based on resume reviews and initial prescreening calls to determine suitability for the next stage.

Recruitment Cycle:

• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
