Position Title: HR Assistant/Associate
Work Setup: Onsite (Clark Pampanga)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Salary: Php 18000 to 25000

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN HR ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE
Duties and Responsibilities of an HR Assistant/Associate:
Onboarding
Prepares and sends JO Letter Employment
Contract and other necessary documents to new hires
Ensures new hires complete preemployment requirements are in place
Conducts Company Orientation
Timekeeping/Attendance/Leaves
Prepares timesheet for payroll purposes
Monitors employees attendance
Prepares monthly VL/SL balances report
Prepares monthly attrition report
Employee and Labor Relations
Preparation and issuance of Recognition Letters Salary Increase Memorandum and other
movement/changerelated documents.
Spearheading and/or documenting employee engagement activities
Keeps a database of employee anniversaries and birthdays
Consolidates holidays and sends out holiday reminders
Benefits
Assists employees with filing of SSS PHIC and HDMF benefits
HMO management (enrollment deletion and claims)
Data Management:
Updates the employee masterlist and system encoding
Exit Management
In charge of carryingout Exit Clearance
Drafts Certificates of Employment
As an HR Assistant/Associate
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Psychology or related field
Minimum of 1 year (or 6 months) of experience as an HR assistant
Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulation
Effective HR administration and people management skills
Exposure to payroll practices
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
Highly computer literate with capability in email MS Office and related business and
communication tools.
Fantastic organizational and time management skills
Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to accurately follow instructions.
