Job Description

As an Ecommerce Assistant you ll be at the heart of driving this company s explosive growth across multiple platforms. You ll play a crucial role in managing daily operations from inventory oversight to creative strategy implementation. Responsibilities

Manage product listings and inventory across Amazon UK US and company website

Collaborate on scaling Facebook ad campaigns and optimizing creative content

Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements for ad strategies

Oversee stock levels and initiate reorders from manufacturers

Assist in budget planning forecasting and expense analysis

Streamline payments to content creators and manage financial tasks

Develop and implement promotional plans across all ecommerce platforms

Handle customer inquiries and manage order tracking to ensure satisfaction

Engage in social media activities to boost product visibility and audience engagement

Monitor analytics and customer feedback to enhance the online shopping experience

Requirements

23 years of experience in ecommerce operations or digital marketing

Proficiency in ecommerce platforms especially Amazon Seller Central and Shopify

Strong understanding of social media marketing and paid advertising strategies

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data

Basic understanding of inventory management and financial processes in ecommerce

Outstanding communication skills in English both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently

Proactive problemsolving skills and meticulous attention to detail

Familiarity with content creation tools and strategies for platforms like TikTok

Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fastpaced growing business environment

Proficient in Google Analytics and SEM Rush

Having the ability to use initiative in process improvement.
