Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and oversee children s arrivals and departures ensuring a smooth transition into and out of the classroom.
- Assist with children s personal hygiene including toilet visits and handwashing while offering support as needed.
- Help children during meals and snacks ensuring a positive and supportive mealtime experience.
- Organize and manage classroom materials maintaining an organized and stimulating learning environment.
- Keep the classroom tidy and ensure that equipment and resources are wellmaintained.
- Supervise and engage children in various activities including workshops festivals and library time.
- Accompany children on exciting school excursions such as walks visits and shows enhancing their learning experiences.
- Prepare materials for creative and educational activities.
- Monitor and assist children during breaks meals nap times and school bus transitions.
- Support children with clothing changes and any other needs as they arise.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor or the School Manager.
What We re Looking For:
- Experience working with children aged 2 to 5 years bringing patience and enthusiasm to the role.
- A diploma in early childhood education is a plus but not required.
- Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues.
- A balanced approach with the discretion and initiative to handle diverse situations.
