Job Description

Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing company specializing in providing innovative solutions. Their focus is on delivering exceptional service and support to their clients ensuring their success in leveraging cloud technologies to drive business growth. They are currently seeking a motivated and talented individual to join their sales team as a Startup Sales Representative this is a WFH post the candidate needs to be based in Gauteng.

Responsibilities
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets set for recurring revenue and projects
  • Tracking progress monthly and providing detailed reports on progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring accurate reports and presentations are delivered by the admin/SDM team to stakeholders.
  • Following up with clients on reports and updating them as necessary.
  • Being the primary point of contact for all requests from customers from initial engagement to proposal discussions and beyond.
  • Preparing quotes sharing them with customers and following up until approval is obtained.
  • Planning leading and achieving goals for segmentrelated marketing events.
  • Collaborating with supporting teams to ensure stated ROI targets are met.
  • Upselling customers by understanding and upskilling on all offerings.
  • Generating roadmaps for clients to leverage services beyond the initial engagement.
  • Reviewing and authorizing performance incentives for the admin/SDM team based on KPI targets.
  • Ensuring accurate management of customers in your segment in CRM including updates and changes.
  • Documenting all related processes accurately and timely in SOPs.
  • Meeting required certification requirements and continuously upskilling on AWS and related solutions.
  • Assisting team members with training as needed to ensure effectiveness.



Requirements

  • Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in Cloud preferably AWS services
  • 2 Years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in sales preferably in a technology or cloud services environment.
  • Strong understanding of startup ecosystems and their unique needs.
  • Ability to work independently with a knack for proactive problemsolving.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customerfirst mindset.
  • Eagerness to participate in industry events and grow our network.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and administration.
  • Willingness to assist and support colleagues as needed.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Motivated by achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Always represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.
AWS Certification such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a huge advantage.

  • R40 000 CTC salary Negotiable depending on experience
