Lead Data Product Manager

We are working with an ecommerce company and as part of their continued growth NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a Lead Data Product Manager to join their Singapore team.

The Product Management team serves as the key liaison between business engineering and design teams. They are responsible for strategy implementation roadmaps and features ensuring alignment with business goals. The team works across various functions including Financial Services Supply Chain Search Recommendation Advertising Order Promotion User AntiFraud and Seller Service.

Role Overview:

• Responsibilities:
  • Lead the product roadmap for data marts and data products supporting internal and external data users.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to implement product enhancements based on user and business requirements.
  • Prioritize user requests and deliver highquality Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with clear goals scope user scenarios analytics frameworks and data logic.
  • Collaborate with product teams engineering and project management to ensure the quality speed and sustainability of feature releases.
  • Promote the use of data marts and products through training sessions and user guides.
  • Act as the data domain expert driving team objectives.
• Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Analytics or Statistics preferred.
  • Over 5 years of experience in data mart/product design ecommerce business intelligence or data analytics; prior team management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL and BI tools for dashboard creation is preferred.
  • Strong analytical problemsolving stakeholder management project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and agile environment.
  • Positive attitude and effective team player.
