Senior ociate Attorney

Work Setup: Fully Remote

Responsibilities:

• Advise attorneys facing disciplinary actions on their rights and ethical obligations.
• Keep clients updated and address their concerns throughout the process.
• Represent attorneys at hearings presenting arguments and defending their reputation.
• Investigate complaints by reviewing documents and interviewing witnesses.
• Develop defense strategies gather evidence and prepare legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements with state bar associations when necessary.
• Help create training materials to support the firms growth.
• Stay current on legal ethics and state bar regulations.
• Engage in legal associations to stay informed on industry trends.

Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience practicing law with a focus on Litigation legal ethics professional responsibility or disciplinary defense.
• California State Bar experience preferred.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
