About the Role
Are you fluent in German and English with a passion for social media We are seeking a detailoriented Social Media Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki. In this role you will help maintain a positive and safe online space by moderating usergenerated content in a 24/7 project environment. You will work in shifts ensuring that platform guidelines are upheld around the clock.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor review and moderate social media content to ensure it complies with platform guidelines.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate sensitive or harmful content.
• Address reported content issues efficiently ensuring a safe online community.
• Follow established content moderation processes with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation policies and offer feedback on platform guidelines.

What Were Looking For:

• Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Work Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Greece.
• A strong eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive or graphic content with professionalism and discretion.
• Problemsolving mindset and proactive approach to addressing issues.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in social media content moderation or a similar role is a plus but not required.
