Job Description:

Looking for Business Analyst for the Discovery and Design phases of the project to support the program manager in doing the following:

• Document asis functionalities and integration landscape of current CRM system in SAPMENA.
• Work with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements of the Project defining the functional specification and business requirement of the tobe model
• Internal Stakeholders consist of overall Project Program Manager Technical Architects Product Owners Integration Managers Business Analysts Business stakeholders etc. both at local and Zone/Regional level.
• External stakeholders consist of technical vendors who build or maintain the products within Project or to be integrated with Project.
• Work with solutions architect to translate functional specification and business requirements into user stories in the product backlog ensuring there are clearly defined acceptance criteria signed off by business stakeholders.
• This role reports to the SAPMENA Project Program Manager based in Singapore
