What Your Work Week Looks Like:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday (yes even on bank holidays)
• Hours: 07:00 AM 07:00 PM (rotational shifts)
• Days Off: Weekends so you can relax and recharge!

What We Offer:

• Base Salary: 895 per month (paid 14 times per year)
• KPI Bonus: 100 annually for meeting performance goals
• Meal Allowance: 7.23 per day
• Transportation Allowance: 20 per month
• Health Insurance: Starts from Day 1 free after 6 months!

Relocation Package:

• Airfare Reimbursement: Up to 400 for economy class after 6 months of the contract
• Accommodation: Apartment room for 280/month (discounted directly from the payslip) for the first 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tech support for various smart lighting products via phone email chat and social media
• Handle presales inquiries answer general questions and resolve technical issues
• Manage and update help tickets ensuring quick and effective resolutions
• Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers when necessary
• Collaborate with other technicians to solve customer problems
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in our system

Who Were Looking For:

• Native French speaker with solid communication skills
• English B2 proficiency for collaboration in our multinational team
• Passionate about helping customers and finding solutions to technical problems
• Comfortable in a dynamic everchanging environment
• Open to feedback and eager to improve
