Job Summary:
As the HR Director you will play a critical role in shaping the companys culture driving strategic HR initiatives and leading a team of HR professionals. Your focus will be on fostering a high performing engaged workforce that aligns with our business goals. You will be responsible for all aspects of human resources including talent acquisition employee relations performance management compliance and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
- Lead and manage the recruitment process to attract top talent ensuring the right skills and cultural fit for the organization.
- Oversee employee relations resolving conflicts and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Drive performance management processes including goal setting performance reviews and professional development plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations implementing best practices in HR policies and procedures.
- Lead organizational development efforts including succession planning leadership development and change management.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable offerings.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HRrelated matters.
- Champion diversity equity and inclusion initiatives to promote a diverse and innovative workforce.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Masters degree or HR certification SHRMSCP SPHR is a plus.
- 7 years of experience in human resources management with at least 4 years in a leadership role preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws regulations and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a highperforming HR team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute HR initiatives that drive business results.
- Experience with HRIS systems and datadriven decisionmaking.
